Excellent Central Stay
central location polite staff spacious apartment
The hotel location made many sights easily accessible. The cleaning room maid was friendly and polite. It definitely makes one's day when staff greet you with 'Buenas Dias'. I found the hotel to be very clean. The receptionists were helpful and very polite. They provided good information and assistance with directions. My room had a nice terrace. The apartment itself was spacious with plenty of room.
Only one elevator was working .

Really good Location and Comfort
the hotel location is excellent for exploring. it is right on the main avenue near shops. i appreciated the spacious room i had (it felt quite luxurious, actually). the staff were so friendly and helpful too.

cigarette smell extra cost
The location was convenient.
The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke throughout my stay, it NEVER got better. I booked for three guests using the app, but the room only accommodated two people. I had to pay an extra 52 euros per day for my child to sleep on the sofa.

prime location helpful staff spacious room clean room
I found the location prime. It is super central. the staff was really kind and always ready to help (they had great recommendations for local eateries!). my room was clean and surprisingly spacious, a total win.
the elevators were a bit slow sometimes, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel sits steps away from gran via, providing easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. i could also walk to plaza mayor, where festivities were happening (i loved the christmas market!). multiple metro stations are within easy walking distance.

i found many cafes and restaurants right across from the hotel, great. the breakfast had more variety than i anticipated (especially the fresh fruit!). the breakfast service was efficient, ensuring guests could find tables quickly.
